Black Interiors.

The days are getting darker and Halloween is round the corner! I've been inspired by this months 'Black Magic' feature in Elle Deco (U.S) about black interiors. I love black interiors, they don't always have to look cold and minimalist, instead they can create classy, elegant and sophisticated spaces.


I love this kitchen, still bright with the reflective cupboards and the glass work tops and lighting.

Again, the mustard chair makes this room look homely. I love the colour combination of warm colours against black. Below is a wallpaper design. I created it with a luxurious, dark room in mind, with warm lighting and sumptuous fabrics. Perhaps a bedroom or dining room.

Autumn Wishlist.

Here is my Autumn wishlist...so far! The essentials: bag, jewellery, make up and shoes.

I love the colour of this Lola Rose necklace, would look lovley with a jumper!


Above, some new make up I have my eye on! Jemma Kidd's rose glow illuminator, perfect winter when skin becomes dull. Use under eyebrows and on cheeks and comes in 'iced gold' and 'rose gold'.
Smashbox Cosmetic's new range 'Masquerade' I love this eye shadow palette! It has some lovely earthy neutral tones but also a beautiful olive green and midnight blue, good for smokey eyes.

LK Bennett always have amazing shoes and I love these! So feminine and luxurious in purple. I love the attention to detail in the bow with the purple trimming.

Probably my second favourite Mulberry classic after the Bayswater. The Alexa is so wearable and always seems to stay in fashion, especially when Mulberry adapt the fabric. I love this patent black and the leopard print effect is very in season with the animal print theme. Gorgeous!x
